Hi, friends! I'm Emilee—mom of five and founder of Five Little Quail. What started as a few chicks in a corner of our backyard has grown into a homestead full of life, laughter, and tiny quail feet.
Our quail journey began during a hard season. Our triplets arrived early and spent four months in the NICU. When we brought them home, I needed something hopeful to balance the worry—and a clutch of quail eggs became exactly that. Those first fragile eggs reminded us that hope and healing can come in the smallest packages.
Today our kids race outside each morning to collect eggs, fill waterers, and learn responsibility in the most joyful way. We fell in love with quail for good reason: they need little space, they lay in about six weeks, and their eggs are packed with protein, vitamins, and Omega-3s.
Our promise to you is simple—clean coops, well-cared-for birds, and honesty from incubator to customer. Thank you for supporting our little family farm.
